Introduction
Meetingplace allows you to find Meetingworks sessions that have been scheduled
for your organization. The body of the page shows all of the sessions
scheduled by your meeting facilitators.
Contents of the Schedule Meetings Panel
The body of the Meetingplace page shows the sessions that are scheduled.
At the top of the page are the following fields:
-
The current time. You can control whether this is the time at your
computer, or whether it is GMT by selecting the time option from the adjacent
list.
-
The current language for displaying the page. You can change the
language using the list.
The remainder of the page is divided into sessions for "Today's Meetings",
"Future Meetings" and "Past Meetings". A section only shows if there
are meeting sessions scheduled. For each meeting, the following is
shown:
-
The name of the meeting session (there may be multiple sessions shown for
each meeting).
-
The title of the meeting.
-
The URL to access the meeting, if the meeting is active and ready to be
accessed. You can click on this URL, if it is displayed, to access
the meeting.
-
The URL for the final report for the meeting, if the facilitator has provided
a report. You can click on this URL, if it is displayed, to show
the report.
-
The start and end times for the meeting session. The times shown
are either based on the local time zone of your computer, or GMT, depending
on what you selected for "Current Time" at the top of the screen.
-
The type of meeting session. This is either "Same Time Meeting" or
"Different Time Meeting".
-
The status of the meeting.
